Our Story

"TANSO" is a brand born out of love for sports and passion to win. It was conceptualized with the aim to provide sports equipment that are engineered to deliver the highest performance, but more importantly to win.

“TANSO” was founded in late 2021, amidst the chaos of supply chain distributions caused by the pandemic and when inflation on consumer goods was the highest. It is then, our founder, an avid racquet sports player and an aerospace engineer, decided there has to be better solution.

From day 1, we believed in only the highest quality products so rather than devote ourselves to manufacturing of the traditional racquets we started at the drawing board. We believed we could make a better, lighter, more powerful racquet using our experience in composites materials and advanced manufacturing techniques. With very stringent standards of acceptability our first products – squash racquets, were subjected to rigorous testing both in-field and in-lab before we made them available to the customers in December 2022.

While, we continue to improve our existing products we are parallelly engineering other complementary sports equipment to make our mission – “to engineer and deliver the highest quality sports equipment to our athletes so they perform at the highest level”, a reality.
